Rainbow Refugee
I am proud to often be the chosen photographer to many LGBTQ+ couples. Many of whom trusting and sharing with me their touching experiences and life altering stories of love triumphing above inconceivable obstacles, fear, safety and discrimination. I was made aware of rainbow refugees by one of these couples. They have now turned their own experience into supporting others in similar situations. I am proud to shine light on such an amazing group of people helping others in need. A portion of the proceeds from all services offered by Gadbois Photography will go directly to support Rainbow Refugee, aligning my heart and my values that everyone deserves safety, love and protection and that most of all LOVE is LOVE.
Community Support
Cheakamus Centre
A dynamic centre of excellence for environmental and Indigenous cultural education, and a welcoming place for learning, gathering and sharing in nature. Known as a hub of authentic, meaningful experiences that connect people to the natural world, and inspire sustainable values and behaviours.
Squamish Mothers in Business
A non for profit group providing free events for mothers entrepreneurs in our community to help showcase, support and create more business exposure for themselves in a professional way. In addition to events, an online directory created features members to help grow their network and support each other. Scholarships are available to members to help support and grow their businesses within the Sea to Sky Corridor.
Environmental Protection
The outdoors have been such an important part of my life and never more so as an outdoor photographer in one of the most beautiful places on earth. As a Whistler Wedding Photographer and more importantly a human benefiting the beauty and offerings of the great outdoor, I am proud to embrace the values and continue to do my best to follow the ethics and principles of the Leave no Trace community. I have followed and passed the course and I am proud of the knowledge I have gained. The Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics protects the outdoors by teaching and inspiring people to enjoy it responsibly. The Center accomplishes this mission by delivering cutting-edge education and research to millions of people every year.
